Payment:
- All prices are in US dollars
- gst 5% applies to all Canadian orders
- all orders are placed via a secure paypal site
Shipping:
- shipping is a flat rate of $2.50 within Canada & US (enjoy FREE SHIPPING with any order over $50.00)
- we use Canada Post –please allow 7-10 days for Canada & US, 10-14 days rest of world
- Europe $5.00
- Asia/Pacific/Australia/NZ $5.00
- Customers are responsible for any customs & duty charges that may occur
Returns/Exchanges:
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied you may return for a refund within 10 days of receiving item. After this period all sales are final.
- All returns must be in perfect and original condition and with original tags
- We do not cover cost of shipping for returns
- Please note we do not provide free shipping for items returned. Items that receive free shipping will have the cost of shipping subtracted from the refund amount
- All sale items are final sale
- Returns must be pre-authorized; contact us for an RA#, this RA# must be written on outside of parcel
- Please note exchanges are processed as a return. If you would like to exchange, simply return item for refund and make a new purchase

Any info collected on this website is for the sole purpose of order processing. Privacy is important to us; therefore, we will not sell, rent or give your home, email address and other info to anyone.
